Administrative Assistant

Job Overview: The Administrative Assistant will support the General Manager by handling a variety of administrative tasks including data input, compliance monitoring, financial documentation, and research. This role is ideal for an individual with strong organisational skills, a good grasp of numbers, and a keenness to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Input and manage data within the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data, performing regular checks and updates.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed for analysis and decision-making.
Compliance and Research:
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct research on industry trends, potential vendors, and market opportunities.
- Prepare compliance and research reports for review by the General Manager.
Financial Assistance:
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense reports, and budget tracking.
- Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.
General Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize company events.
- Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Provide general support to visitors and resolve administrative problems.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstration of academic or relevant experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Competent with numbers and comfortable handling financial and numerical data.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proactive learner with a positive attitude towards receiving and acting on constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
