  • Lead the planning and support of ground and flight testprogrammes for all Radarproducts Generation oftest requirement documentation for ground trials, flight trials andMission Data (MD)
  • Govern theManagement of trials data, including transfers between partners andsuppliers, acrossEurope Lead analysisof trials data and use the resultant findings to direct futurefixes andimprovements Providebriefings to Customer representatives on programme progressproviding an accurate picture of maturity supported by flight data Work closelyalongside aircrew and advisors to provide operational maturityviews and System Problem Report (SPR) metrics in support ofEF/customer reviews

Yourskills and experiences:

  • A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevantexperience (preferably with Systems Engineeringfocus) An understanding of avionic systems and/or Radar. MATLABexperience is advantageous
  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications Excellent stakeholder management and communication isessential A proactiveapproach to problem solving

Theteam: This is an exciting role for aTeam Leader working within the Eurofighter Typhoon Radar EquipmentDesign Responsibility (EDR) team, in support of the Trials andAnalysis activities on various Radarprogrammes. You will provide Team Leader support to the Trials andAnalysis phase of multiple concurrent Radar programmes. Thisexciting role requires a wide range of engineering skills, teamworkand product focus. You will possess experience of leadership,integration, test and trials analysis in the area of avionics andsensors. The role requires strong written and verbal communicationskills, coupled with the ability to manage a team with acontinually evolving workload. Why BAE Systems?
