My client is one of the UK’s leading maintenance service providers. who is actively seeking a Electrical Maintenance Engineers to be based in Longcross, Chertsey. This is a very rare opportunity to join an unique property estate, working alongside a team of multi skilled maintenance engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance works.


Job Specification:


The role will require you to manage remedial works and ensure that all planned and reactives tasks are complete of a Electrical bias working on Lighting, UPS’s, AHU’s etc to name a few. Alongside, escort any subcontractors around the building when required, compile extra works quotes, weekly catch ups with the Facilities Manager.


Salary & Package:


  • £45,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime Available
  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • Fully Expensed Van (Yes Van for just one site)
  • Laptop
  • Mobile Phone
  • Pension and additional benefits
  • Further training and progression opportunities


The Person:


  • Electrical Qualification and relevant building maintenance experience.
  • Good communication and people skills due to client facing role.
  • Smart and presentable
  • Ex-forces considered.
