We have an exciting role available for a dedicated professional to join a well-established Facilities Management company. The organization is committed to delivering exceptional service and is looking for someone with a solid background in helpdesk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications related to facilities operations, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
- Oversee the FM Helpdesk Inbox to maintain efficient workflow.
- Coordinate reactive and scheduled helpdesk requests.
- Open and close service requests as necessary.
- Review daily job requests and allocate tasks to Engineers accordingly.
- Process purchase orders and invoices related to maintenance activities.
- Assist Office & Contract Managers in achieving departmental goals through effective administration.
- Address queries and provide general administrative support.
- Maintain daily communication and follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Generate corrective maintenance requests following preventive maintenance activities.
- Organize daily operations to ensure all essential tasks are completed.
- Proven experience in a helpdesk role.
- Background in Facilities Management.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems.
