Temporary Helpdesk Operator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Operator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Helpdesk Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain the Helpdesk Inbox, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate reactive and helpdesk call-outs.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, and input data accurately.
  • Support the Office and Contract Managers in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives.
  • Attend to queries and provide general administration support.
Requirements:
  • Help Desk Experience
  • Experience in Facilities Management
  • General Administration skills
  • CAFM knowledge
