We're working with a Cardiff based NHS organisation who are looking to add to their existing Service Desk team. You’ll work closely with the Service Desk Manager you’ll provide support to around 1000 internal service users.
Responsibilities:
- Providing second line specialist support and technical advice to users, IT Managers and 3rd Party Suppliers who access services
- Providing advice to 1st Line Service Desk Analysts, when needed, on how to progress an incident.
- Responsible for carrying out investigations, taking an analytical approach to fault finding covering various services.
- Carrying out prescribed activities and Service Requests that have been requested by users.
- Adherence to SLA’s and OLA’s
Experience:
- Proven technical support experience from a large organisation.
- Office 365
- Sharepoint
- MS Teams
- Active Directory
- Email systems and protocols
- Domain name service
- Authentication principals
You must be able to get to Cardiff for the training period. The role will then be remote thereafter.
You will also need to successfully undergo background checks.
