The agency


This well known full service events agency deliver a host of corporate events and experiences from conferences, to corporate meetings and team builds. Working with clients across a wide range of industry sectors and events can range in size from 10 to 1000pax They provide meeting planning, venue finding and full end to end support for their clients.


The role


We now have an exciting new opportunity to join this lovely friendly team as an Event Executive with a focus on venue finding. The role will look after higher end enquiries and proposals on a dedicated account and will involved venue sourcing, destination research and proposal writing. You will also support the events team on site from time to time and work with client deadlines and SLAs.


About you


With a relevant degree or experience in meeting planning and venue selection you will be able to work to strict SLAs and client process with a high attention to detail and the ability to deal with a volume of enquiries. Experience in negotiating rates with hotels, and a strong destination knowledge is highly desirable as is experience with venue finding software.
