**About the Role: Events Assistant**

Join our dynamic team as an Events Assistant, supporting the coordination and execution of exciting events for a prestigious car manufacturer located in the bustling Donnington area. This role offers the opportunity to be directly involved in creating memorable experiences for our clients and enthusiasts alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Logistics Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including product launches, test drive events, and promotional activities. Help coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual equipment setup.
- **Guest Coordination**: Work closely with the Events Manager to manage guest lists, RSVPs, and invitations. Provide timely and professional communication to attendees regarding event details, agendas, and any necessary follow-up.
- **On-Site Event Support**: Be present during events to assist with setup, registration, guest greeting, and general event support. Ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly and according to plan, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
- **Vendor and Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events. Negotiate contracts, obtain quotes, and coordinate delivery and setup to ensure seamless execution.
- **Collateral and Promotional Material Management**: Assist in the production and distribution of event collateral, including signage, brochures, and promotional items. Ensure that all materials are prepared and displayed effectively to enhance the event experience.
- **Post-Event Evaluation**: Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders following events to evaluate their success and identify areas for improvement. Assist in compiling post-event reports and analytics to inform future event planning efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service preferred, with a track record of working with high-end clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed during event periods.
- Passion for the automotive industry and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences for clients and enthusiasts.

**Join Our Team**:
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
