Part of Bonnier Books UK, IglooBooks is based out in beautiful rural Northamptonshire and creates high-quality mass-market children’s books. We are seeking an experienced human resources manager to join the wider Bonnier Books UK HR team on an interim basis. This is a pivotal role and will support the People Director to deliver the HR strategy and provide an effective, engaging and value-adding HR service to staff at Iglo

oBooks.

Manage the complete employee life-cycle, including employment contracts, HR administration an

Build & develop positive working relationship with key stakeholders and managers to ensure the effective implementation of HR i

Line manage the Facilities & Recruitment Coordinator and provide guidance, coaching and support on all HR matters for the business, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people
