About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will partner with senior leaders to drive business growth and success. Your expertise will be essential in developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business growth and success
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders
  • Lead organizational design and change management initiatives
  • Develop and implement talent development and succession planning strategies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to business leaders
  • Collaborate with HR teams to share best practices and support local priorities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or L7 CIPD qualified
  • Previous HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Project management experience
  • Progressive experience in Human Resource Business Partnership positions with increasing scope of responsibility
  • Understanding of HR concepts and principles
  • Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR decisions, coaching, and assessing leadership talent
