Role Description

This is a employed, full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Administrator. In addition to being responsible for a team of 4 Salesforce Administrators, we are looking for a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement and provide positive user experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and proven experience of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator 201 certification achieved.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator 211 certification achieved.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence for Agile Delivery

Responsibilities:

· Configure and design functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce platform.

· Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce.com.

· Support with change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.

· Take on the role of technical lead in transformation projects, designing and delivering solutions as required by the project and set out by the project manager. Gather and record requirements. Effectively communicate with the project team, providing updates on progress, risks and time frames. Manage expectations and handle objections appropriately.

· Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritise, design and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.

· Support the Operational Excellence team in transformation projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.

· Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Information Technology and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes.

· All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, Organisation-Wide Defaults (OWD), sharing rules.

· Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.

· Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge.

· Sandbox environment management.
