Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for sales and customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Tele-Sales Representative in Tredegar, South Wales, where you'll be instrumental in connecting with existing and potential customers. This full-time position, working Monday to Friday, offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute directly to our sales success by engaging customers over the phone and recording activities in Hubspot. Job Title: Tele-Sales Representative – UK based German Speaker

Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Tredegar, South Wales

Salary: Competitive depending on experience.

Responsible to: Director of Marketing

Main purpose of job:

To contact existing and potential customers through tele-sales activity and record activity in Hubspot

Qualifications required: No particular qualification required for this role

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge of Hubspot and telephone systems (ie, Aircall)
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • An ability to embrace change and adapt to business requirements

Main tasks:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed – setting appointments as required
  • Enter and update customer information in Hubspot
  • Process orders in an accurate manner – progress to Quotation via Hubspot workflow
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Continuous improvement on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
  • Measured success to be monitored with delivery against impact – daily, weekly and monthly Reporting
