Telesales Representative – UK based German Speaker

RSW are looking to recruit a German speaking Telesales Representative for a permanent role with my client, a medical device manufacturer based in Tredegar.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the main purpose of the role is to contact existing and potential customers through tele-sales activity and record activity.
Main Tasks
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
* Answer questions about products or the company
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
* Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed – setting appointments as required
* Enter and update customer information in Hubspot
* Process orders in an accurate manner – progress to Quotation via Hubspot workflow
* Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
* Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
* Continuous improvement on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
* Measured success to be monitored with delivery against impact – daily, weekly and monthly Reporting
Experience Required:
* Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Essential Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good knowledge of Hubspot and telephone systems (ie, Aircall)
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
* Excellent knowledge of English and German
* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
* An ability to embrace change and adapt to business requirements
