An excellent opportunity has arisen at a well known international law firm for a bids executive. This role will sit within the central bids team supporting all sectors and practice areas of the firm. In this role, you will have an increased responsibility for managing the bid process.


Main duties will include:

  • Managing the bids process from start to finish
  • Producing high-quality documents including having a creative input
  • Working alongside more senior members of the team contributing to rehearsals and supporting materials
  • Undertaking bids analysis


In order to be successful in this role you must have at least 1 years of experience managing bids and providing advice. The team will also look at strong bid writers. Having had experience in the legal sector is desirable, however they will also consider individuals from wider professional services including construction, real estate, civil engineering, and accounting. You must be an excellent communicator in the role.
