Bids Executive

My client is looking for a Bids Executive to join their team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of bids submissions which clearly demonstrate the fimrs features and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- End to end management of bid process
- Undertake fact finding calls with prospective clients
- Working with partners to drive best practice throughout the process
- Draft customised bid documents to answer ITTs/RFPs in a dynamic and responsive manner
- Create final bids submissions using InDesign and PowerPoint templates
- Run presentation rehearsals with Partners and the bids team
- Obtain feedback from the prospective client once the process has concluded
- Create and develop new content: evaluate recent bids, make recommendations on how to improve submissions and keep up to date with bid best practice
- Analyse tender outcomes and produce quarterly statistics
- Sector meetings
- Prepare information packs including targeting and bid activity updates
- Support campaigns through research, execution and analysis

You will need to have
- end to end bids experience
- Experience working in a professional services firm woud be desired
- Ability to effectively time-manage multiple competing deadlines and stakeholders
- Ability to build good relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Events coordination experience (desirable)
- Proven writing skills - in web content/advertising/direct mail
