Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at the Angel Business Improvement District (BID). As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to promote the Angel area and our business members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver an annual marketing and communications strategy, ensuring that strict deadlines are adhered to.
- Lead the delivery, administration, and work programme of the Angel Culture and Marketing Group.
- Deliver Business to Consumer marketing and communications programme.
- Roll-out of new BID and place brand.
- Maintain the Angel Islington BID website and provide copy on a regular basis, including well-researched events calendar, news items, and events directories.
- Market Angel and the BID's activity to a range of external partners.
- Events management, including networking events, meetings, and socials.
- Work with partners (such as TFL and Islington Council) to deliver joint projects.
- Manage social media feeds comprising Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Produce BID collateral including local maps, promotional information, posters, and stationery.
- Lead on business engagement.
- Responsible for customer relationship management system and reporting.
- Manage key performance indicators and budgets.
- Available for occasional evening and weekend events.
- Qualified to undergraduate degree level or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Experience of project and budget management.
- Expertise in managing websites and social media.
- Understanding of Business Improvement Districts.
