They are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce Project Manager to oversee our Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of Salesforce products and services, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies in Salesforce project management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
