Responsibilities as a Commercial Sales Manager will include: Inspiring and developing the team, leading a small team to exceed targets Collaborating with the Operations Manager to enhance retention rates Maintaining accurate CRM records Developing activation plans with Marketing and Sales Consultants Managing pricing and discounting requests, monitoring competitor movements and market Trends, analysing performance data, providing insights on market trends Assisting in budget creation, driving continuous improvement, fostering relationships with other teams, and representing the company at external events. Management of a small team

Commercial Sales Manager

is a full-time position (35 hours per week) and will work 4 days in the office 1 remotely. Ad hoc travel may be required from time to time, on request. Offering a great basic salary and bonus and benefits on top
