We are currently supporting one of our long-standing Rail Provider clients to find them a real master of People & Change Management. This role has huge potential to be the driving force behind a large culture change programme, helping the business reach new heights of customer and staff satisfaction. They described this as a pivotal position, as the role will have director exposure to the CPO of the country's largest Train Operating Company.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering people and culture change programmes within established organisations with both head office and 'ground crew' workforces. They need someone with outstanding stakeholder management skills, who understands the nuances of siloed cultures within larger businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the culture change programme, of which has already been planned by a Big 4 consultancy
  • Management of large-scale transformation programmes, supporting the implementation of a new TOM
  • Managing a team of four to establish a successful delivery strategy
  • Build successful relationships across the business to ensure integration of related workstreams

What you will bring;
