We are hiring for HR Advisors (Training / Casework / Litigation / Compliance )

Location : Hybrid & 2 days in Southampton Office

  • Handle employee relation activities like disciplinary actions, grievances, attendance issues, and probation periods.
  • Work with Manager to ensure that all casework and employee relation activities (including disciplinary, grievance, poor performance, attendance, and probation) are actioned in accordance with Internal and wider Service policies and procedures, ensuring a timely conclusion to all cases.
  • Assist with managing Employment Tribunal and Personal Injury claims
  • Provide training and refresher training when required to responsible investigation, decision and appeal managers and provide support to managers as and when required
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather evidence and support individuals through the process
  • Ensure all cases are handled following Internal and Service policies, and reach timely conclusions
