Taking this opportunity as Senior Process Engineer would mean working for a leading global producer of chemical products. This is a key manufacturing company relied on by many industries and this Senior Process Engineer role is critical to ongoing operation.

Responsibilities of the Senior Process Engineer;

  • Manage and lead capital projects from conception and ensure the approval, design, procurement, construction and commissioning of capital projects.
  • Managing teams of Project staff to ensure CAPEX of multi million pound projects is delivered successfully.
  • Manage specified Eng systems and records.
  • Carry out plant investigation and improvements.
  • Managing a team of Project Specialists assisting them through the all stages of the project lifecycle and ensure maximum performance.
  • Engaging in a professional development programme to support with progression through the company.

To be successful in this position as Senior Process Engineer, an established technical background with experience working on a chemical site (ideally COMAH) is required. The minimum qualification for this role is a Chemical Senior Process Engineering degree or equivalent and 10+ years’ experience. It is also desired that the successful candidate be Chartered or working towards this status, however this is not essential.
