This Senior Process Engineer role is a critical position within our client's organization, responsible for leading capital projects and managing teams of project staff to ensure successful delivery of multi-million pound projects.

• Manage and lead capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring approval, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead teams of project staff to deliver CAPEX projects, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage engineering systems and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct plant investigations and implement improvements to optimize operations.
• Support and develop project specialists, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess a strong technical background, with experience working on a chemical site (ideally COMAH) and a degree in Chemical Process Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 10+ years' experience is required, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams.
