Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead our site's expansion and upgrades, working on a multi-million pound project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring the approval, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage and lead capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of project staff to ensure successful delivery of multi-million pound projects.
• Process Improvement: Carry out plant investigations and improvements to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Development: Manage a team of project specialists, assisting them through all stages of the project lifecycle and ensuring maximum performance.
• Professional Development: Engage in a professional development program to support career progression within the company.

Requirements:

• Technical Background: An established technical background with experience working on a chemical site, preferably in a COMAH-regulated environment.
• Qualifications: A Chemical Senior Process Engineering degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 10+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Professional Status: Chartered or working towards Chartered status is desired but not essential.
