This Senior Process Improvement Engineer role is a key position within a leading global producer of chemical products. As a critical member of the team, you will play a vital role in the ongoing operation of the site, which is investing millions into expansion and upgrades across the operation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead capital projects from conception to ensure the approval, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of capital projects.
  • Lead teams of project staff to ensure the successful delivery of CAPEX for multi-million pound projects.
  • Conduct plant investigations and implement improvements.
  • Manage a team of project specialists, guiding them through all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure maximum performance.
  • Participate in a professional development program to support career progression within the company.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will require an established technical background, with experience working on a chemical site (ideally COMAH). A minimum qualification of a Chemical Senior Process Engineering degree or equivalent, along with 10+ years' experience, is necessary.
