Clinical Nutrition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the management and functioning of various departments, including housekeeping, hospitality, HSE, infection control, and Fire Regulation guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring a high standard of care and service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years experience at Senior Management level, including managing change.
- Good understanding and application of Rehabilitation Approach.
- Demonstrable experience of working with budgets and using financial and activity information to support the management of services.
- Experience of setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
- Experience of preparing and presenting reports at senior management level.
- Experience of setting therapeutic boundaries with patients who exhibit extreme challenging and high-risk behaviors.
