Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Willing Care Recruitment. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care of patients with mental health and learning disabilities, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and clinical staff
  • Interpret and analyze complex information and manage complex circumstances
  • Collaborate with other statutory and voluntary agencies in partnership working
  • Set, monitor, and evaluate standards for high-quality care
  • Prepare and present reports at senior management level
  • Effectively manage therapeutic boundaries with patients exhibiting challenging behaviors
  • Work with partner organizations, commissioners, and external stakeholders
  • Inspire and motivate others using advanced communication and presentation skills
Requirements:
  • RMN or RNLD qualification, with a valid and clear UK NMC Pin
  • Extensive experience in mental health settings, including adult acute and PICU
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience at Senior Management level, including managing change
  • Experience of working with partner organizations, commissioners, and external stakeholders
  • Able to enthuse and inspire others using advanced communication, presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience of working with budgets and using financial and activity information to support the management of services
  • Experience of interpreting and analyzing highly complex information and managing high complex circumstances
