As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and education to young children. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in early childhood education and a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and nurturing environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, promoting their self-esteem and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to drive positive behavior management strategies
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and supporting children's learning and development

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Valid First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and commitment to child protection policies
