My client within the financial services is recruiting for a brand new and exciting opportunity for a HR Projects Business Partner(EDI and projects) to join their professional HR team for a 12 months fixed term contract.

The interim HR Projects Business Partner will support and drive forward some HR projects including the company’s EDI strategy through the design and delivery of initiatives and projects across resourcing, people policy and practice, learning and career development.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Support delivery of the strategic and operational requirements of the Company’s EDI strategy, targets and objectives.
  • Drive forward EDI actions in relation to attracting and onboarding; creating an inclusive culture and working practices; and developing diverse talent and EDI awareness.
  • Coordinate activity across key stakeholders/diversity strands, including collaboration across teams that support the delivery of EDI activity where required, e.g.:
  • Provide input to the HR team on EDI best practice to enhance the broader HR Strategy, policy and activity.
  • Engage with Corporate Communications on EDI content plans to integrate this with the Company’s Employee Value Proposition and employer brand.
  • Embed continual positive change in balance with the business needs of the Company,
  • Working alongside the HR Business Analyst, drive enhancements in EDI data collection and analysis to highlight trends, progress, potential risks to the EDI strategy
  • lead the implementation of assigned HR initiatives, which may include policy development; enhancements of existing, or creation of, new frameworks, process or provisions.
  • To support continuous improvement, identity opportunities to enhance existing HR process and practice.
