TheEvent PlanningCo-Ordinator will support the organisationof confirmed bookings of new and existing accounts for the Conduit event business so that high operational standards are delivered whilst acting as exemplary colleague to wider Conduit colleagues. This will include working collaboratively with colleagues from Event Sales to Opsand Programming. With a pro-active approach toorganization of detail. The role is an important, integral part of Event Sales team and supports the events delivered across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales achievement by accurately invoicing post-event bookings and supporting Member event bookings, including contract management and upselling.

  • Ensure timely receipt of event deposits and payments, adhering to contract terms.

  • Support the Managing of inbound event enquiries and assist Event Sales Managers with contract distribution and CRM management.

  • Support key client account management and networking events to generate business opportunities.

  • Coordinate event planning by preparing BEO packs, collating operational information, and organizing event collateral.

  • Maintain CRM system accuracy, attend team meetings, and assist with administrative tasks.

  • Uphold high standards of customer service, escalate complaints when necessary, and represent The Conduit positively.

  • Office environment experience, excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Highly organised

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Experience of Triple Seat, Seven Roomswould be desirable (orsimilar planning systems) but full training will be provided
