Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of events within the hotel including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • To provide administrative support for Executives & Manager, including but not limited to creating Event Orders, typing up menus, place cards & table plans
  • Conduct site visits showcasing facilities and events spaces
  • Offer clients comprehensive insight of the hotel offerings and recommend food & beverage options and accommodation
  • Work with the clients to contract additional services (upsell) during the planning phase
  • Liases and works closely with the related operational departments ensuring guests requests and expectations are being met during the planning and delivery of the events
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business

Qualifications

  • You have great language and written skills in English
  • You are creative, pro-active, confident, a natural planner and customer focused
  • You are eligible to work in the United Kingdom
