Role Summary

ROC Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organised graduate to join our team as an events coordinator. This role involves working closely with the Head of Communications to plan and execute various events throughout the year.

The successful candidate will have excellent administration and organisation skills, as well as strong communication and technical abilities.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Event Planning and Execution: The events coordinator will be responsible for managing events, including setting up events, communicating with stakeholders, delivering live events, tracking event metrics, and evaluating post-event results.
  2. Stakeholder Management: The events coordinator will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbally.
  3. Technical Skills: The events coordinator will be proficient in Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £37,500 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development.
