The UK's top B2B wholesale supplier seeks a Financial Administrator to provide admin support for the finance team. The ideal candidate should excel in high-volume admin tasks and aspire to contribute to our purchasing department. It's a great opportunity to join a supportive company and grow.

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00 – 17:30, with at least 3 days in the Office after probation, Part-time hours would be considered for the right candidate.

Financial Administrator Responsibilities include: -

  • Processing invoices
  • Inputting data into the accounting software
  • Assist with reconciliation
  • Processing the company Credit Card, Bank and PayPal statements
  • Supporting the finance manager with ad hoc finance tasks

Financial Administrator Requirements include: -

  • Proven experience in providing strong administrative support within a financial setting
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and prioritisation skills
