Coats Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a dynamic telemarketing team as a Telesales Executive. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for those with experience in outbound calling who are eager to excel in a supportive and rewarding environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to businesses, setting qualified sales appointments and generating leads.
  • Engage confidently with senior decision-makers such as MDs, FDs, and Marketing Directors.
  • Conduct telephone surveys and update company information.
  • Achieve daily call targets and meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar outbound calling role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a clear, confident telephone manner.
  • Strong time management and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull.

  • Salary: £11.44 per hour with a transparent commission structure.
  • Bonuses: Weekly and monthly bonuses, with potential earnings ranging from £1,500 to £2,700 per year.
