Coats Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a dynamic telemarketing team as a Telesales Executive. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for those with experience in outbound calling who are eager to excel in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses, setting qualified sales appointments and generating leads.
- Engage confidently with senior decision-makers such as MDs, FDs, and Marketing Directors.
- Conduct telephone surveys and update company information.
- Achieve daily call targets and meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar outbound calling role.
- Excellent communication skills and a clear, confident telephone manner.
- Strong time management and self-motivation.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Must live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £11.44 per hour with a transparent commission structure.
- Bonuses: Weekly and monthly bonuses, with potential earnings ranging from £1,500 to £2,700 per year.
