Job Title: Telesales Executive (Flexible Hours)

Location: Solihull (Shirley)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at Coats Recruitment Limited. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting a targeted list of businesses to book qualified sales appointments and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact a targeted list of businesses to book qualified sales appointments and generate leads.
  • Update company information and complete telephone surveys for clients.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers such as Managing Directors, Financial Directors, and Marketing Directors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar telesales or telemarketing role with outbound calling.
  • Confidence in making at least 150 calls per day (depending on the campaign).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and confidently on the phone.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
  • Great time management and the ability to meet targets.
  • Must be located within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull.

  • Generous Commission: Commission ranges from £125 - £225 per month based on hours worked, with potential to earn between £1,500 - £2,700 per year.
