- Starting salary £26,000 per annum rising to £29,000 after 12 months.
- Realistic OTE £60,000 (uncapped)
- Prospecting new business from warm and qualified business leads already on our CRM
- Establishing relationships with key decision makers across various business sectors
- Consulting with key decision makers about the best advertising platform via Kemps to grow their brand and achieve their goals
- Building a pipeline of new and repeat business to achieve targets
- Effectively negotiating and closing deals with clients to deliver revenue growth
- Willingness to learn and be developed
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Positive and resilient attitude with a strong work ethic
- Driven by achieving and exceeding set targets
- Ability to build rapport and adapt
- Confidence in dealing with key decision makers
- Ambitious and money motivated
