We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our friendly and vibrant sales team. You will be passionate and enthusiastic and have a proven track record in B2B sales (ideally in contract catering). Location: Based in South East or South Midlands

As a Business Development Manager, you will :

  • Fully understand the client requirements
  • have a proven track record in contract catering (or similar)
  • have the ability to interact at all levels from Kitchen staff to Directors
  • Know what great food and service looks like
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish and be comfortable presenting to clients
  • Manage sales tenders to all deadlines
  • Create workable finances and sales targets, creating a buy-in culture from the operators whilst challenging them and retaining a commercial approach
