As we scale up, we are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our tech strategy and innovation.

Role Overview:

As the CTO, you will spearhead our technology strategy, driving innovation and overseeing the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to align technology initiatives with our business goals, ensuring that we stay ahead in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technology vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Oversee the development and implementation of new software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Build and manage a high-performing tech team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into business processes and solutions.

Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the company leverages cutting-edge technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Manage the overall technology infrastructure, including cloud services, data security, and IT governance.

Drive the digital transformation agenda, focusing on optimizing operations and enhancing customer experience.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in technology, preferably within a high-growth or startup environment.

Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to make high-level decisions and provide strategic direction in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
