They are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing business.

Looking to identify up to about 5 years PQE and those who are driven, enthusiastic, and eager to make a difference.


You’ll manage private client matters, helping the department grow.

Strong communication, IT, and file management skills are essential.

A solid grasp of the Mental Capacity Act and experience in Court of Protection work are highly valued.


About the Role:

  • Collaborate with Directors to meet performance goals, manage caseloads, and oversee a small team.
  • Provide client care, handle correspondence, prepare cases, and ensure compliance with policies and Lexcel standards.
  • Assist with deputyship applications, manage files, record costs, and visit clients, including those lacking capacity.
