Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, insurers and clients
- Assisting with basic financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, including booking venues and arranging refreshments
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

- Proficient in basic maths
- Previous experience in financial services administration is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
