About the Role
As our Ecommerce Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving online sales and identifying growth opportunities
- Enhancing the customer journey and improving user experience
- Collaborating with the Senior Ecommerce Manager and Head of Digital to develop and implement a growth plan
- Working closely with the design and brand teams to ensure a consistent on-brand experience
- Innovating new website features to meet business needs and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints
Your Skills
- Proactive, organised, and a natural problem-solver.
- Experienced with Shopify and analytics tools like GA4, Klevu, and HotJar.
- Excellent communicator with strong time management skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and understanding SEO best practices.
