We are seeking a guest focused, sales-driven Senior Reservations Manager to join our Casa do Frango London Bridge team.

Casa is a collection of four neighbourhood restaurants which bring the sunny atmosphere of Portugal to London. Since opening London Bridge in 2018, Casas humble menu and signature piri-piri chicken, grilled over wood-charcoal have been well received by Londoners and critics alike. Marina OLoughlin shared in The Sunday Times that she had A 20 quid meal that tastes like a million bucks. All our restaurants are a home-from-home, where we deliver a warm, genuine hospitality and serve freshly made Portuguese cuisine family style.
Having recently won Disruptor Brand at the 2023 Peach 20/20 Hero & Icon Awards and Emerging Concept at the MCA Hospitality Awards 2023, it is an exciting time to join our team.
Casa do Frango London Bridge:
- 200-covers dining space set across 2 floors, welcoming 3000 guests each week.
- In addition to the main dining space, there is has a charming private dining room
- The Green Room, accommodating 45 covers standing, it is a speak easy cocktail bar, available for private hire.
Offer:
- Annual salary of up to £45,000 (based on experience), plus the potential for additional commercial target bonuses of up to £5,000.
A Casa do Frango Senior Reservations Manager is:
- A hands-on, natural leader with strong communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate the reception team to deliver a best in class guest experience.
- An enthusiastic team player with a guest focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
- A result-driven individual who can work proactively and is confident working in all areas of Front of House.
- Responsible for operating the book during service to maximise covers, generate walk-in trade and achieve set targets.
- Able to cultivate and maintain key client relationships and build local business engagement, in addition to executing events to the MJMK standard with the support of the sales and events team.
- A brand ambassador who is passionate about food and wine and all things hospitality, who is keen to grow and develop with the business.
