What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate is an experienced Sales Development Representative, eager to take the next step in their career. You’ll bring your knowledge and expertise to a startup environment, where you’ll have the opportunity to own and evolve the SDR function. - Leverage the marketing lead engine to identify and nurture potential clients through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Senior Account Executives and the Head of Marketing to align sales and marketing efforts and optimise lead conversion.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, understanding their unique needs and positioning the company as the ideal solution.
- Work closely with the team to refine and implement best-practice processes for lead nurturing and qualification.
- Utilise the advanced sales tech stack to streamline and enhance your outreach and engagement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with prospects and understand their buying journey.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to lead management.
