The Three Horseshoes is located in the beautiful market town of Malvern Worcestershire, in the affluent suburb of Poolbrook.

It is well-positioned on a very busy main road, used daily by commuters & tourists, connecting Great Malvern, Malvern Wells and only a short drive from the 'three Counties Showground' (approx. 1 mile away)

Although it does benefit from being close to town, it sits in almost a country setting, as the large areas of green-land around the town are run by the 'Malvern Trust' which ensure they remain that way.

It attracts trade from the surrounding area which includes the town itself, (Morgan cars are made close by), walkers, cyclists and horse-riders along the trails. It is also a haven for tourists, throughout the year, who are attracted to the town, the M5 is only minutes away and the M50 even closer which makes visiting and commuting very easy.

Regional Manager's Thoughts

The Three Horseshoes is an attractive country pub, located in the suburbs of Malvern. It attracts trade throughout the year with a great food and drink offer, beautiful beer terrace to the front and enclosed beer garden to the rear. In addition to the local trade, it attracts tourists, walkers and cyclists and is close to the 'Three Counties Show-ground' which provides additional trade when large shows are held. We are looking for a publican with catering experience in order to continue to build upon the Three Horse Shoes Inn’s already fantastic reputation.

Surrounding Area

Malvern is a spa town and civil parish in Worcestershire, made famous by the health-giving properties of Malvern water and the natural beauty of the surroundings. The M5 and M50 motorways are only minutes away and major road access is also provided by the A449, all of which provide easy commutes to Worcester, Ledbury and Birmingham. The town is serviced by two railway stations which provide direct services to London and several buses serve the surrounding towns and villages. The pub attracts trade from the surrounding area which includes the town itself, local walkers, cyclists and horse-riders along the trails. It is also a haven for tourists throughout the year, who are attracted to the town.
