Job Description:

As a Marketing & Sales Assistant at Foresight, you will support our marketing and sales teams in executing a variety of projects and campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and boosting sales. You will assist in event coordination, market research, and sales activities. This role requires a strong communicator with a passion for both marketing and sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support events, including trade shows, retail, B2B and product launches.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing and sales teams.
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
