Marketing Assistant / Project Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Assistant / Project Support Assistant to join our team at LinkPoint Resources Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination of internal projects and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of internal projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including external partners, to confirm marketing campaigns and ensure seamless execution
  • Keep clients informed of campaign progress, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and to the highest standard
  • Purchase stationery and supplies for the office, raising purchase orders as necessary
  • Support the development of pitches and proposals, working closely with the marketing team to ensure compelling and effective content

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Marketing, Operations, or Project Support
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience creating presentations
  • Good customer service experience, with a proven track record of dealing with customers over the phone and email
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
  • Calm and flexible approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
