Marketing Assistant / Project Support Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant / Project Support Assistant to join our team at LinkPoint Resources Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of internal projects and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve project goals
  • Manage marketing campaigns and confirm details with third-party suppliers
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress
  • Purchase office supplies and raise purchase orders as needed
  • Support the development of pitches and proposals to secure new business

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing, Operations, or Project Support
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience dealing with customers over the phone and email
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
  • Calm and flexible approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Excellent attention to detail
