Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Majorplayers is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our CRM, website, and customer loyalty programs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known entertainment provider and contribute to the development of our digital marketing strategy. You will have full autonomy across the CRM system and will work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion, aligning with our overall marketing plans.
  • CRM Journey Ownership: Manage the customer journey and its funnels, including lifecycle communications, winback, and loyalty programs.
  • Metrics and Dashboards: Identify opportunities to redefine metrics and automated dashboards to bring transparency to our digital communications.
  • Content Management: Deliver best-in-class content management across our website and app, aligning with key commercial priorities.
  • Customer Journey Improvement: Support the Digital Marketing Manager in improving the customer journey based on analytics and customer insights.
  • Loyalty Campaigns: Collaborate with digital and brand marketing managers to create market-leading loyalty campaigns that contribute to our program's strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • CRM Experience: Strong CRM experience from a B2C background, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Website Management: Strong experience with website management and improving the customer journey.
  • Relationship Management: Good at managing relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
