Job Title: Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Major Players | B Corp®. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our CRM, website, and customer loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Own the CRM journey and its funnels, including lifecycle communications, winback, and loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with digital and brand marketing managers to create market-leading loyalty campaigns
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in improving the customer journey based on analytics and customer insights
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong CRM experience from a B2C background, preferably in the entertainment industry
  • Experience with website management and improving the customer journey
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
