Lavandi Talent is currently working with a global luxury beauty brand who are looking for a Retail Education and Sales Executive to join their amazing team

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Building strong and powerful human and business relationships with all stakeholders
  • Identify training and coaching needs for each store and region.
  • Translate and modify training materials where required.
  • Design, formulate and implement training plans to meet business objectives.
  • Leverage education and engagement as a key business driver
  • Inspire and energize in store teams, cultivate brand loyalty to encourage a sell through.
  • Arrange local events to actively sell to customers at key moments.
  • Provide operational support to ensure consistent client experience, Brand image and stock availability.
  • Proactive communication. Gather feedback and share solutions and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate reporting
  • Mange expenses in line with company policies

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years retail experience and have done training in this environment
  • Experience working within luxury retailers
  • Strong presentation skills- ability to energize, engage and enable peers, sales teams
  • Relationship Builder- Is approachable and presents ideas convincingly and with sincerity while developing good relationships with co-workers, clients and customers.
  • Activator- Shows understanding of time management and uses courage to speak up to ensure excellent execution at all times, goes beyond accepted ideas, finds new improvement opportunities to generate the best results
  • Intensity- Shows a strong need to get things done while distinguishing the big rock/little rock action.
  • Self-Direction- Has high personal standards and expresses the desire to be challenged to gain more knowledge and responsibility.
  • Arranger- Has a good sense of prioritizing tasks, has good follow-up and finds ways to improve methods.
  • Values- Looks out for the company’s best interest and shows responsibility to commitments and first priority assignments.
  • Adaptability- versatile, can adjust to fit changing situations and manage ambiguity, can maintain composure in high pressure situations and can except input for personal growth.
